1.1 AI & Cloud Processing Data

When you create with Aivora, the media you choose is processed to generate the effect you requested:

• What is processed — only items you actively select are uploaded, and each upload is used strictly to generate the specific AI effect you requested.
• No biometric profiling — we never build, collect, or store biometric facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or persistent facial identifiers.
• No secondary use — uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or AI model pre-training without your explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — the original image or video is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the result is returned; no copy is retained.
• Proprietary infrastructure — all AI capabilities run on our own models on private infrastructure; content is not forwarded to any third-party AI API or external cloud model.

1.2 Account Information

If you choose to sign in, we collect limited account data to maintain your profile and purchases:

• Email address — used to identify your account and send service-related notices.
• Third-party login — if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only the identifier those services share with us.
• Optional details — a username or phone number you choose to provide. Sign-in is optional; core features can be used without an account.

1.3 Usage & Device Information

We automatically collect technical data to operate and improve the app: a unique device identifier (UUID), OS version, device model, mobile network information, IP address, access logs, and your interaction history within the app. If you do not create an account, this data is tied only to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data described above for the following purposes only:

• Core functionality — to process your inputs and deliver the AI generation results you request.
• Customer support — to respond to your inquiries and resolve technical issues.
• Security & safety — to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• Service improvement — to analyze aggregate usage and optimize features and AI model quality.

3. Device Permissions

Aivora requests these iOS permissions only when a feature needs them; you may decline or revoke them in Settings:

• Photos — to let you select and edit media for AI generation.
• Camera — to capture new content for AI processing.
• Tracking (IDFA) — to provide a more personalized experience; requested only with your explicit consent.
• Notifications — to alert you when an AI generation task is complete.

4. Third-Party Disclosure & Data Transfer

We do not sell your personal data. Limited sharing is governed by strict safeguards:

• Trusted providers — we use vetted infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) bound by confidentiality agreements.
• No marketing sharing — we do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
• Legal disclosure — we may disclose data where required by law or valid legal process.
• International transfers — any cross-border transfer meets applicable security standards.

5. Data Security & Retention

We retain account-related data only while your account is active. Original media submitted for generation is deleted immediately after processing. All data in transit is protected with industry-standard end-to-end encryption.

6. Children's Privacy

Aivora is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Aivora. By using the app, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Generative AI (AIGC) Provisions

2.1 Input Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You must hold all necessary rights to your inputs and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

2.2 Output Nature

AI-generated output may not be unique across users, and we make no guarantee as to its accuracy, originality, or appropriateness for any purpose.

2.3 AI Labeling & Watermarking

In compliance with current digital content regulations, the app may embed digital watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata in output. Circumventing or removing these identifiers is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Rights are allocated as follows:

• Your input — you retain ownership of your original input and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to deliver the service.
• Your output — rights to generated output are transferred to you upon creation for personal or commercial use, subject to your subscription tier.
• Our property — all app UI/UX, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, and music are owned by the developer and protected by copyright.

4. Apple App Store Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Prices may change with prior notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple Support. Compute credits may expire at the end of a billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Aivora to create or distribute:

• Non-consensual imagery — deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
• Illegal content — CSAM, extreme violence, hate speech, or other unlawful material.
• Reverse engineering — attempts to extract, copy, or reverse engineer our AI model weights or architecture.
• Fraudulent misuse — representing AI output as real human-captured content to deceive others.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Where possible, processing runs on-device via your device NPU; cloud processing uses encryption in transit and deletes content after the task completes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including AI "hallucinations" in output or any loss of data.

8. Service Modifications

We may modify these terms or the app's features as AI regulations evolve. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

为遵守现行数字内容法规，本应用可能在输出中嵌入数字水印或「AI 生成」元数据。禁止规避或移除这些标识。

权利分配如下：

• 你的输入——你保留对原始输入的所有权，并授予我们全球范围、非独占、免版税的许可，仅用于交付服务而处理该内容。
• 你的输出——生成输出的权利在创建时即转移给你，可用于个人或商业用途，具体以你的订阅等级为准。
• 我们的财产——应用的全部 UI/UX、专有 AI 模型、滤镜、模板与音乐均归开发者所有，受版权保护。

4. Apple App Store 订阅与支付

订阅通过你的 Apple ID 计费。价格可能在提前通知后变更。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅将自动续订。退款由 Apple 支持处理。算力点数可能在计费周期结束时失效。

5. 禁止行为

你同意不会使用 Aivora 创建或传播：

• 未经同意的影像——针对任何人的深度伪造或未经同意的私密影像。
• 违法内容——儿童性虐待材料、极端暴力、仇恨言论或其他非法材料。
• 逆向工程——试图提取、复制或逆向我们的 AI 模型权重或架构。
• 欺诈性滥用——将 AI 输出冒充为真实人类拍摄内容以欺骗他人。

6. 隐私与数据安全

你的数据受我们的隐私政策约束。在可能的情况下，处理会通过你设备的 NPU 在本地运行；云端处理对传输内容加密，并在任务完成后删除内容。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、偶发或后果性损害承担责任，包括输出中的 AI「幻觉」或任何数据丢失。

8. 服务变更

随着 AI 法规的演进，我们可能修改本条款或应用功能。变更生效后你继续使用，即视为接受更新后的条款。

9. 适用法律

本条款受开发者主要营业地所在地法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。

1. Service Overview

Aivora offers VIP membership tiers that unlock premium features and compute credits. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open the iOS Settings app.
2. Tap your name to open your Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find Aivora - Imagine. Generate. Share. in the Active list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

If you do not see a cancel button, the subscription is already cancelled and will not renew.

4. Refund Policy

As the developer, we cannot process refunds directly. All billing is handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
